Drove to buy a used VW. Communicated throughout the day with sales guy. When I arrived in the evening after traveling from Dallas, he informed me that the car I was looking at had a deposit on it and was no longer available. Wasted a significant amount of my time by not confirming the status of the car I wanted before I traveled to the dealership. The drop off and check out process was smooth and fast, the service took longer than expected but my service advisor Norman was very nice
Purchased my GTI a little over a year ago. Steve was great helping me find the car I wanted. Helps that we also live access the street from each other. I've had nothing but great experiences with everyone at the dealership. Yesterday Norman provided the best service for me. I had two tires with nails in them and he had them both replaced. The tire coverage they offer is so worth it. I recommend North Park Volkswagen to friends and family. It's safe to say I will be a lifelong customer.
They never said they had valet service,so that’s a big plus
We just left there extremely happy! We bought a 2019 Jetta R-Line Habanero Orange! Great trade for our 2017 Jetta.
