Trying to purchase my TDI after my lease ended was a nightmare. I visited the dealer ship and called multiple times trying to find somebody who could tell me what steps I should take to complete the purchase and was told that there was nothing they could do to help me and given a phone number to call. The claims group that I was referred to referred me back to the dealership. Nobody at this dealership, the VW claims portal or VW credit had a clue how this process should work and who is supposed to do what to handle vehicles ... read more
After a few bumps on the road. We were finally able to come to an agreement. Special thanks to Veronica, Ramiro, and the GSM for going above and beyond to make it happen. I am very pleased with the way they handled our situation and with the final outcome. Good customer service!
