Not sure why people are complaining. It’s not that serious. They are direct and to the point. I am here to lose weight first and foremost. Hospitality comes second. I have lost weight using this clinic and that’s the most important for me. My experience has been positive: they have been flexible and always be accommodated me, even at the last minute. I am happy with service and will continue using it.
A lot of people complaining about these & I have got to say, it’s totally uncalled for. They’re very professional for the little set up they’ve got. Calling the staff rude, etc isn’t needed. I get a hint of what people mean but I think they’re efficient & not there to be our friends. They are there to run a business. I have been spoken to so disgustingly by them, there was a misunderstanding I fort I was waiting for an appointment but they was waiting for me then I received a message saying this conversation is CLOSED! I am blocking you, how can your treat customers like that it’s disgraceful, Karen needs some work on customer service skills a business owner I would never dream of speaking to a customer like that.... I want to speak to who ever owns this place.
