I started sessions with Vicky following an anxiety attack last summer. Vicky put me at ease right away, and I noticed an immediate improvement following my first session, helping me to overcome and control my anxiety. Since then, Vicky has helped me cope with longer-term problems I've faced. I've managed to use the techniques Vicky taught me to manage my mind since and I've felt a massive improvement in how I feel

I contacted Vicky for help with a long term phobia. I felt so comfortable and at ease from the beginning of my first session, and this continued through every session I attended. I've now got a mountain of techniques that I can use in any situation, not just those relating to my phobia. I visited Vicky to see if she could help me with anxiety issues. I found her very kind and easy to talk to right from the start. She has taught me a whole range of strategies to help and now I feel well equipped to cope if I start to feel anxious, and that happens far less now as a consequence of Vicky's support. Thanks Vicky!
