North Ford have also as of today (A week) not provided me with my SRA file (I have asked three times) and have not acknowledged my official complaint (which was sent prior to me posting this review). Unfortunately a really poor experience overall. It's also worrying when a solicitor who has been working on your case for three years bids on the same case on lawbid when I was looking for a different opinion.
