5 Star service. Had my Swift Motorhome break down on our maiden voyage, with only 300 miles on the clock. Recovered to the York garage with nowhere to sleep for the night due to pets on board. The mechanics worked on late to find the fault and get us back on the road. Andrew at the desk entertained my wife whilst i was having a breakdown. He even spent time looking for pet friendly hotels for us as it was looking like a long drawn out issue.
