We choose this business because of the reviews received and were pleased with the prompt response. We agreed a price and a date and checked nearer the time. Sadly this is where things went wrong.On the day Tom asked if he could push back to the following day as he had another job locally. No problems happy to help. On the morning of the job contacted via text to get an approximate time of arrival so we could plan our day.No response to text phone calls emails . We had a large tree stump removed by North East Stump Grinding. Access to the garden is very difficult but the job was completed without any fuss, to a high standard leaving everything tidy. I would recommend them.

I got Tom in to remove 12 stumps from my property,and, to be honest I couldn't believe how quick the process was!! It also cost me less than it would've cost me just to hire the equipment! Excellent value, professional and friendly service. A well deserved 5⭐ .
