I recently booked and had a towbar fitted on my car by Tim and Rob. The attention to detail was excellent, and communication from the first call to Kate to the end of the process was outstanding. I had booked a courtesy car , and Kate helped fit the baby seat! This meant the rest of my day flowed seamlessly. I needed to hire a trailer to transport my motorcycle combination safely. Rob looked at the requirement and suggested how he could adapt one of his trailers to meet my requirements. He carried out the necessary modifications and showed me how to load, secure and unload my machine. booked my motorhome in to have a towbar and associated electrics fitted. katie and rob were really helpful in ascertaing what i needed and booked my vehicle in. on the appointed day, they were ready for me with tim (who fitted the bar) and a courtesy car ready to go. i received a message at lunchtime that the motorhome would be finished and ready to collect at 5. and the job done was professional and tidy. many thanks to the three of you : very impressed. roger a
