Cannot fault them, especially in comparison with the only possible alternative (Portway) I never fail to get an appointment in a very good time scale.
As ever, extremely poor service, just what you’d expect from 95% of doctor’s surgery receptionists.
I have found both North Cornelly Surgery and Stormy Brook surgery excellent. The reception staff are extremely helpful as are the nursing staff and the doctors. They have gone out of their way to do all they can to alleviate any worries we have regarding health and medication. It’s not an easy job trying to please everybody all of the time, but as far as we are concerned they go the extra mile each time we need them.
