I Live in a Section 8 Apartment complex in Kill Devil Hills NC. This complex was recently sold in part to a slum lord who in 1 week told the tenants that their rents were going from 675 for a 2 bedroom to 875 for a 3 bedroom. Since my lease is due up Feb 28, will I be grandfathered in with the old rate or do I have 30 days to figure out how to pay 200 more a month.
