The receptionist informed to my mum that the only way to get a GP consult was through anima ( I presume like e-consult) which she has received the link. The receptionist informed there is no other means to book an appointment other than anima. If this is wrong information, I would like to be corrected. She has lower leg swelling as recently started on amlodipine for HTN, we requested for the medications to be switched to ACE or ARB, which the nurse explained that could only be done via GP appointment. Shocking, Failed to send a MRI request for a whole 10 months then was like oh oops it wasn't sent wait another 7months! very inconsiderate and rude staff, after finally going to get the MRI they scanned the wrong area! and several more months have past and they can't even book another one, 20 day wait for a phone call to request it be sent again! never experienced anything like it, to chaotic and clearly DO NOT LIST-EN
The practice & staff have been brilliant with my father, very helpful, nothing to much trouble
I’ve been a patient at this GP practice for some time, but unfortunately, the experience has been increasingly frustrating. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible, with long waiting times and unhelpful reception staff who seem dismissive of patient concerns. Healthcare should be accessible and compassionate, but this practice falls short on both. I hope they seriously reconsider their approach to patient care and make necessary improvements. I don’t recommend this practice at all.
