After 14 years, we had to sadly put our dachshund Lexi down. North branch could not have been any more accommodating or compassionate. The staff acted with such empathy. They made the whole process much easier than I would have ever expected. Thank you for exceptional service during a difficult time.
I had an emergency over Thanksgiving and I had someone call the answering service. They had the vet call us back and we were able to save from having to pay an emergency visit. I waited till the next day to take my cat. Dr. Micha is fantastic and always treats my cats as if they were her own. She never ordered expensive tests or offered unnecessary treatments and genuinely cared about the well being of my cat. I cannot Express how amazing this vet has been. Amazing every time we go in no matter which animal. We had our cat Amelia's leg amputated last year and they did amazing, even met us after hours close to midnight when she had her accident. Today we had to put down our beloved dog Dinkie. they've did everything the last few month to make him comfortable and able to be with us to meet Ande. Thank you guys for everything. never disappointed and always well taken care of.
I'd like to thank the staff for their kindness shown toward my cat BB and myself during the past few weeks. It has been a rough journey but made bearable by the staff here. To Dr. Shumaker, Dr. Getz, and Vet tech Erica- a special thanks for everything you've done to comfort me and my cat!
