The owner Shoemaker refused to speak with me after TERRIBLE customer service was received. I waited over a month for a phone call or even a simple apology for the miscommunication. Not only that they refused to service my animals after being reminded that the owner never reached out to me. They couldn't care less about their clients, they couldn't care less about the animals being treated here,and frankly I'm starting to believe the fact that I'm melanated and NOT a push over had a lot to do with their unprofessional attitud... read more

Absolutely, caring professionalism all around. They have saved our cat "Ace" from demise, by their concern for their patients. I have a feeling they are going to outgrow their building with all the good work they are doing! Thanks to the entire staff!
