Thank you for taking excellent care of one of my big boys today! Dr. Getz and staff were absolutely wonderful! He was very patient with Andy, our South Korean rescue from the dog meat slaughter house. Andy, whom is normally shy for a giant bread, Tosa, was very comfortable with Dr. Getz and staff. We will be bringing Andy’s brother, Charlee to see them,again, in December. I Highly recommend this group for your pets needs.
Awesome experience! Had to make the decision to put my 17 year old dog down a year ago. They were great and very understanding. Now I have a 6 month old cat Sampson who was recently there for his shots. Very knowledgeable. Thank you North Branch!

Called with an emergency concerning a family pet, which I’m extremely worried about. Receptionist very rudely interrupted me saying they’re not accepting new patients and told me try somewhere else. No sympathy, compassion, just nothing. Not a place I would want any of my animals cared for.
Extreme thank you to Dr Matlick for coming out on Saturday evening to help our pup Miner. Also for his tech assistant. We cannot express our appreciation enough. Do kind and efficient. Our recommendations for great service will be passed along.
