This place has some of the most amazing and caring staff that works here I couldn't have been happier with the caring and compassionate staff that work here Dr. Stephen Getz was absolutely amazing when I went in with my Lola girl on February 19th for her parvo and he even remembered my big boy Tank who I took in almost a year before I had taken Lola in and asked how he is doing if I could give them 10 stars I would
I have been so pleased with the quality of care we've recieved at North Branch veterinary clinic. This is by far the absolute best vet clinic that I've ever taken any of my fur babies to. From the receptionist up front, all the way back to the vet tech's, to our wonderful vet Dr. Micha, our family is fond of the relationships that we are forming with each one of you more and more with each and every appointment we have bought MayBelle and Tom to for treatment. I absolutely loved it here I’ll never ever take my Fur babies anywhere else! I have doggies and Ratties.. unfortunately I had a sick rat and Jeremy treated him with so much heart and took wonderful care of him until the end! �� I’ll never forget how kind he and the whole staff was in this tough time. �

We had our first visit today, and couldn't have been happier with the care that was given to our pups. I was very anxious because we had been with the same vet for 16 years, and for reasons decided to switch, and also, one of the pups had a lump on his rib. Dr. Getz was very nice and great with my furbabies. He examined and tested the bump and explained to us what it was. I feel like it was a wonderful decision to switch; I am very happy!
North Branch cared for our dog Blackie in his later years. They care for your pet as thier own. Thanks for everything Guys. You are the best!!!
