When this hospital orders your pets medicine make sure its for right animal. This hospital ordered dog, flea & tick medication for my cat! Errors like this should never happen! They ordered for 3 of my cats and only one medication was correct. 1 out of 3, no excuse!
Recommendedhad the most amazing experience with North Branch Animal Hospital!!!! My dog was running a fever and would not eat or drink. I called and the fit me in and even stayed over an hour after closing to make sure my dog was ok. kept her overnight and did the surgery needed and the price is very affordable. From the front desk staff to the technicians all the way to Dr. Micha and her wonderful care...they saved my babies life and I am a forever customer. Thank you!

First time pet owner (by myself and husband) so when my cat was acting funny I called the emergency line and got a call back quickly. The doctor was able to meet us and examine our cat and give us medication for him. He was very patient with us being upset and worried about our cat. Took his time.
I have had nothing but exceptional service at this vet office. Dr Schumaker and Dr Getz are very good at handing my cats and my dog and do not do any unnecessary procedures. I recently took 2 cats in-one with an eye problem and one with persistent URI. Dr Getz diagnosed them both right away with conditions that will probably correct their problems with a simple surgery when they have suffered with these maladies for years
