The Therapist phoned me late twice then cancelled an appointment and now they have sent a survey asking how he did. I’ve been left to sort my mental health issues out myself. These should be investigated and struck off I will be taking the matter further. Try to help yourself these people don’t care at all I feel sorry for anybody who has to rely on these so called therapists
Absolutely waste of time these people, after waiting a year after a referral for help, the referral has been lost, and for the past 3 months all I've heard is someone will call you back. Never happens. To say these people are meant to help people with complex mental health's needs, their attitude is disgusting! Service is non existent. Having to complain to the MP

Absolutely useless, couldn't be bothered to even meet my husband to discuss his problems, just dismissed him by letter and referred him back to his GP... Disappointing and uncaring
Atrocious service, constant calls for an update with none, no calls back when promised and still have no idea what or who is going to help me!! Disgusting for a mental health team!!!
