An amazing experience today. I am on holiday in beautiful North Berwick and developed back spasms causing terrible pain. The receptionist was caring and genuinely supportive. The duty doctor was lovely and provided me with advice and treatment. I am so grateful for your help, thank you. We can now enjoy the rest of our holiday.
I have just called North Berwick Practice from Canada and spoke with a wonderful and kind Clinic Administrator. I am so sorry I didn't get your name... my elderly Mum lives in North Berwick & attends this Clinic..she has taken a severe case of Shingles and needs care for the terrible symptoms and you arranged a Doctors call for me I am so grateful that living so far away you were able to arrange care for my Mum.
