They were very friendly. Did a little of the pressure sale, "hurry it may go quick" kind of stuff, but I knew what I wanted so I didn't feel the pressure. I put a deposit on the car they listed, and hope all works out for the sale to go through.
Great experience---best I've had buying a car. Was offered a fair deal on trade-in right away, no typical car shopping back-and-forth or time wasted. Picked up the S4 a few days later and it had been meticulously detailed. Wheels/tires on my trade-in needed to be swapped and they made sure someone was available to do it on a Saturday. The dealership provided the car for me to test drive it right away without any pre interview as in sometimes the case. They did not force me into providing follow up information immediately upon my arrival as is sometimes the case when you walk-in to a dealership. I was trying to beat out the arrival of a winter storm before the snow. They answered my questions and provided the answers to all of my questions. They were pleasant and professional in every way. I would return to this dealership without any qualms.
good follow up
Dealer cautioned me that i should purchase a car in my local area. North Bay pointed out that they are required by law to give me a 90 day warranty for any problems that could crop uop. Being that I live in Houston, the dealer felt it to be ill advised to by and be very far distance way where repairs wouldn't be feasible. This is nice advise.
Outstanding dealership. The sales staff is very knowledgable, and very clear about what they can sell there car for and what your trade is worth. This was not my experience at other dealerships. This was the best car buying experience I have had in years.
