Jon and Derek were great to deal with. Small no frills dealer but their prices are better than some of their competition out there. They only sell used European Imports and usually off lease cars/suvs with low mileage. Unfortunately, they couldn’t seal the deal on the vehicle I had selected due to the trade in factor on my car. If there was no trade, I would have purchased a vehicle from them.

Responded quickly to my questions via email, but vehicle was very overpriced v. CarGurus market value. When discussing, they seemed almost offended when Ali questioned the price & didn’t seem willing to negoatiate nearly enough. I did notice that the day after my contact, they lowered the price by $1K. I had already moved on, so didn’t bother re-contacting. Vehicles seem to be in nice shape, but prices seemed high versus market listings.
I had a very good and informative experience with North Bay imports. They contacted me and followed up with every question I had.
