This dealer has good reviews and addresses negative reviews thoughtfully. Their website is well sorted and sounds like the mentality is quality driven. As such, I approached a vehicle I was interested in with some confidence. Unfortunately, the vehicle I came to see was advertised as a “Vw Golf S,” but was actually a “VW Golf Launch.” This meant that the price was too high and the options I expected (alloy wheels, leatherette, backup camera, Etc.) were not present. Hi Mike thanks for the review. We do every take one seriously, and we try to respond to all of them thoroughly and accurately. The car you stopped in to see was a VW Golf S Launch Edition, which has just a few less features than the regular S model, specifically alloy wheels and cloth seats vs V-Tex vinyl. Accordingly, we also have it priced, per CarGurus, at $650 below average market - more than enough to accommodate those differences. Had a 15 minute conversation .basically they said it's their way or the highway you either go with what the price they give you and what they going to give you for your car and what interest they want to give you also or we're just not compatible yes can you imagine you go to buy a car and everything is not up to you you just pick the car they going to pay the price for their car am I going to pay for your car and ultimately they going to tell you the interest is up to your credit but they going to do a dealer reserve where ... read more

While I did not like the first car that I looked at, North Bay worked with me to find something that worked for me and was very good at listening to my requirements.
Jon and Jackson were amazing. Not only was the car exactly as promised, they went above and beyond for the delivery. I was hesitant at first, as the dealership was a 5 hr round trip. I did not want to go test drive, and then come back a few days later for pick up. I took their word for the condition and drivability...and Everything was exactly as described. Made pick up today a simple breeze:) Easy to talk to and actually car enthusiasts...not cheap salesmen!
