Very responsive and provided information promptly as soon as it was collected/updated.
I cannot say enough positive things about North Bay Imports. I was interested in one of their Audi A5 Cabriolets. The price and mileage on the car were right where I wanted to be. The only requirement I had was the car had to have Navigation. Sadly, the one I was interested listed Nav as an option but actually did not. After some communication the error in the ad was corrected and I have been contacted with follow up emails to ensure me that I will be notified if something I might be interested comes up. These guys were helpful. They advised me on some financing questions I had at outset which helped me in deciding the timing of my purchase.
We were looking for a low mileage Audi and saw a nice Q5 at North Bay Imports. Since we are from NJ, I first spoke to Jon over the phone and he said the Q5 was in excellent condition. so I put a deposit ($500) to hold the car for a few days. At the dealership, Jon and his team were very professional and the Q5 was perfect, it was a no hassle experience. I would highly recommend North Bay Imports, Jon and his team.
