The sales guy Rick was excellent throughout the process. No hard sale and I feel I received a good price for both the car I bought and my trade. I would strongly recommend Northbay to other prospective car buyers.
Experience with dealer ok was not very responsive when it came to pricing. I know there is a listing price but sometimes there is room to negotiate but he was not warm.
Had to say best experience dealing with a dealership. I drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to the most professional salesman Rick. I drove a couple vehicles that I liked but wasn't 100% ready to buy. Rick was extremely kind,knowledgeable and not aggressive. I know when the vehicle I want comes in I will buy from this dealership. Best inventory and professionalism.
