Didn't go there in person. Very quick email response.
Didn't start off very but ended up being good.
The dealer was very responsive and sent me photos he took himself since the car had just recently been acquired. I didn't end up purchasing from him because we opted for a new car which we bought locally. I would recommend him for being a responsive dealer.
Very difficult to reach by phone. Tried to sell me a year older model with higher miles at a higher price. The other vehicle did have the technology package that the 2015 did not.
Good place to buy a car
North Bay, and in particular, Mark Koblanski, were a delight to work with, and I purchased one of the cars listed by them on CarGuru. In addition to a good price and a decent trade-in value, they prepped the car nicely and put four new tires and windshield wipers on the car. When I found a small scratch on the door that I hadn't noticed before, they buffed it out before I took the car. They handled all of the conveyancing and credit paper work flawlessly. Great experience. Very responsive. Ended up buying the vehicle I had inquired about. Price was fair, car was delivered in excellent condition, washed, filled with gas and with a fresh oil change. They communicated well throughout, I would definitely buy there again, great selection of higher end cars.
Customer service is outstanding. Mike responded to my inquiry and provided very helpful info.
Wonderful dealership with a very upscale inventory was unable to go in for a test drive do to weather and personal matters. They actively tried to answer any questions I had about the car to the best of their ability not to mention that even in the disgusting weather we have going on the car looked fantastic.
