The dentist at this clinic is very good, but unfortunately the reception service is terrible. The receptionist (Sally) spends a lot of time on personal phone calls instead of attending to patients, and the handling of appointments and payments is completely disorganized. There was no apology for the mistakes or inconvenience caused. Thanks for getting back to me. I am aware the gum bleeding can occur after a clean, however, not to the extent and duration that I experienced. With the level of pain that occurred during the dentist appointment, I almost wasn't surprised there was that much bleeding. I have attached proof of my attendance at your clinic. Please re-check your records for the dentist that I saw.
Sarah Wong was so rough that my gums were bleeding for a few days after a general check-up and clean. I have never had this happen before with any other dental visit. During the visit, it felt like she was trying to pull my teeth out. Other people who I've talked to also experienced the same service by this particular dentist. Avoid appointments with her at all costs. I will not be going back to this practice again which is a shame.
