Good airport horrible security lines. Open up terminal B security to other than international flights!! I've waited in line an HOUR and that's just to get to the strip point! Ughhh plus the end of the lines are staggered unfairly and if you don't know better you can get screwed if you stay in the outside lane!! Double ughhh
SJC is just the right airport for me..clean and organize!
The airport is easy to maneuver with short lines. However every single employee we encountered was less than friendly, and not interested in providing service at all, let alone with a smile. Over a nice airport, just don't expect a friendly face.
