Holy cow. SJC is NOT equipped to handle international flights. We waited 2 hrs in customs lines because there were two Immigration workers manning the station for the US line to handle 3 international flights worth of US residents trying to come home. That's just poor operations management.

They took my luggage and car seats and loaded them on to a plane I was trying to get a seat on as a standby. When it was clear I wasn't getting on they refused to give me my car seats back. I had no other flight options therefore I had to drive two hours home and couldn't get my car seats to keep my children safe. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
