Management really needs to understand that food service cannot be shut down at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. Plenty of travelers arrive and need something to eat during layover or prior to departure. Sometimes bean counters make these decisions without considering the human factor, denying a food option that early on a busy travel night is just myopic.
