First time using this airport and must say it was smooth all around. No issues and that's always a plus!
Your airport is very clean and your TSA are nice. My last two visits were very entertaining by a random piano player. Is that a real airplane in your upstairs .
Car rental center access was fine as well as the promptness in the shuttle getting us to B terminal. TSA Pre-check line though was not what I would expect. There was confusion for quite a few people since the line was backed up and the Pre-check seen was blocked. Could have used airport personnel to assist travelers. Also, there was only one TSA agent for pre-check which was the reason for the backup

Best airport in California plus great changes coming in International Travel! My fav spot and Wine Bar! Glad to have been part of Governor Schwarzenegger team providing input and ribbon cutting ceremony!
The good - very easy airport to get to. Easy access long term parking with tram service to terminals. Bad - if you get there early, like before 5am early, you are screwed! Nothing is open. Airline counters are closed. Self serve kiosks are all off line. TSA is closed. No place to even get a cup of coffee. Nothing opens till at least 5am.
