What a dump If this is the best they have to offer the world god help us all And what's with the crap about a tip jar for the staff. Where did that shit come from and why are they worth tipping. From what I saw they need training in people skills Poor quality food and poorly laid out Whoever pays to get in there has more money than sense or needs they're head testing

Nice airport but, come on. Those bathroom stalls. Impossible to get in and out with a suitcase without some crazy yoga moves. How was that not considered when they were designed? Fix the stall size and I would gladly cough up an additional star....
I Love our airport! It's always clean. The check in was a breeze. I had extra time so I had a beer and some garlic fries. The waitress was not friendly at all.

I have flown into and out of sjc a total of 5 times. I have never had a bad experience. They are slightly limited when it come to food options, but c'mon people it's an airport not a mall. San Jose Mineta airport is the way to go if you're flying into or out of anywhere in the bay area. ☆☆☆☆☆
