Airport is nice and very convenient!! Yesterday, when I started to go through the security, they had closed the " TSA PRE" zone totally!! Therefore, although I was certified TSA PRE, I had to go through the general tedious process to open up Laptop and remove shoes etc!! That was very bad!! Not a good expjsibstion why they closed TSA Pre zone!!

I checked in my luggage in San Jose and it had tsa lock. Still the zip was broken . It was wide open when it landed in destination .
