Old, outdated, no TSA precheck because according to The workers their they can’t hire enough people on staff so you have to go through the long lines like everyone else. Cramped. Crowded. No oneworld club access. Something you’d expect to see from the 1950s. Surprising since it serves Silicon Valley which is very modern an progressive.
I'm a solo traveler on crutches with a non weight bearing leg due to surgery. I was expecting to receive assistance when arriving by bus. I could not find any assistance on the curb and wasn't asked if I needed help until I reached the ticket desk. I was visually struggling to manage two bags and crutches. While employing someone for curb assistance would be costly, my suggestion would be to post a phone number or have an intercom for someone to ask for assistance at the curb if needed.
