Parking here for terminal b is ridiculous. One garage closed and another full. Ugh! I just want to park for 30 minutes to pick someone up. Daily lot is the only one available.

Alice with baggage claim is very rude. Directed in different directions for baggage. Airport Cattle herders sent us to the wrong terminal and there was no way to get back in.

Would like to shout out to a Delta baggage service agent in Terminal A, who on Monday November 5 went out of his way to find my handbag which I had left on my flight from Seattle. I think his name is Glen and I thank him from the bottom of my heart.
Always clean and always fast and friendly people. Also a very cute kids area and lots of great restaurants. Plenty of space and great decorations.

SJC is a fantastic airport and managed extremely well in every way that I can see. The security line is super long usually by they process everyone rapidly and do so in a very friendly manner.
What an easy airport to maneuver.
