I can’t believe that Gordon Biersch Brewery is open here. Never thought I’d have to read the reviews of an airport bar before going to it. Slow, cold food, rude Bartender. Ridiculous.
After an 11 hours flight I was warmly welcomed by a 2 hours wait for the immigration procedures. This is inhumane treatment as totally unacceptable. Is this really how the US treat their visitors?
We landed at 3:55 pm. We have been in customs for over an hour and haven’t even made it in the room. This is freaking ridiculous. It’s going to take another 2 hours to get through customs. Our flight from Mexico will be shorter than our line in customs. Where is the management? Why aren’t we getting through? Call extra people in. We have a 10 month old baby, and multiple kids under 5 and no food or water. This is BULLSHIT!
My friend was refused access to her flight, and escorted out of the airport because she had a service dog. They asked her for documented proof that she was, in fact, a service dog. She was in a certified vest, but because she did not have paperwork on hand, she was embarrassed and told , "it wasn't their problem." She served in our military and was diagnosed with PTSD. She is now stranded in Sane Jose unable to get home.
