Not providing footsies is unprofessional and not customer focused. According to the TSA leadership the airport won't provide it because of financial issues

Baggage handlers in SJC are the worst. Twice I have damaged bags in SJC. One, I lost one of the wheels of my delsey check in bag. The other time I got a big dent on my other bag. I also has a new Tumi bag got deep scratches in SJC. I never had the scratches when it traveled in ONT and LAS. It was only in SJC when I got those deep bruises. Those deep scratches are really all over the bag. These bag handlers must really hate their job. SJC is fast, with one of the best on-time records in the U.S. The airport is clean, and there are plenty of places to charge phones and laptops.

we arrived after more 10 hours flight from London. this time service was good and sooo glad to be home...! very tired.
Addition of gate 12 for Southwest Airlines is very inconvenient. Courtesy Cart wouldn’t even assist and indicated they don’t go past gate 17.
Easy to get in and get out with friendly Tsa staff.
