This airport is a great alternative to using SFO or OAK. The airlines that serve SJC get you to where you want to go. I live in the Monterey area so it's convenient to get there and easier to pick people up who are coming in.

Baggage handling is SLOW. Priority bags do no come off first. Last flight on AA6083 3/17/18 took 25 minutes for priority bag to arrive. Literacy is lacking amongst staff.
Almost had a heart attack when I left my cell phone in my ride's car when I was dropped off in departures. Luckily, a TSA agent kindly helped me make contact with my ride so I could retrieve it before my departure. Thank you anonymous TSA agent!!!
