I'm a solo traveler on crutches with a non weight bearing leg due to surgery. I was expecting to receive assistance when arriving by bus. I could not find any assistance on the curb and wasn't asked if I needed help until I reached the ticket desk. I was visually struggling to manage two bags and crutches. While employing someone for curb assistance would be costly, my suggestion would be to post a phone number or have an intercom for someone to ask for assistance at the curb if needed. I had to walk to much from the departed area 36 to A14
Closing the TSAPre line should not be an option and I’ve only seen this happen at SJC. Happened last night. Paid customers should not be denied the TSAPre service. And playing TSAPre commercials over the speaker while simultaneously denying the TSAPre service was not cool!
Theft of personal property from checked luggage is not acceptable.

I normally love someone playing a piano, but if the airport is going to leave one unlocked, then they should manage it. There is an in indifferent parent letting their young child bang away on it. I wouldn't even mind if the child was practicing a real lesson, but he isn't. Makes me wonder who is taking an extended break from their shift. #headache #sanjoseintlairport
