I brought a superking bed and mattress. Bed is ok, mattress is terrible so I rung they came and looked at it. They changed it as the zip was broken got another one and it is so lumpy so I called them. I brought it as medium to firm but it is so hard and lumpy. They told me to get a mattress topper but it hasn't made any difference. I got it at Christmas and it has just got worse.
This company is just Awsome.. From the first time we visited the vast showroom we were treated with regard and respect... At no point were we badgered or pressured and the gentlemen who looked after us (Andrew) was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable... We ordered our bedroom furniture and it arrived within the stated time and was all unpacked and positioned in the bedroom... We are thrilled with the quality and look.. This is what is called Old Fashioned Service Well done Norman's
Ordered Monday delivered and installed by Norman’s people Tuesday ,excellent service from start to finish by all concerned , would highly recommend
