I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy a car from Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos. One good thing I have to say the sales person that helped us was great. I regret that he is not going to receive his commission due to the finance manager. The finance manager was rude.from the beginning. He was not helpful. I leased a car from their Norm Reeves in Irvine 6 months ago and they messed up the registration paperwork at DMV. I still don’t have my registration after several emails and phone calls, they have not resolved my issue since the Irvine location is closed and they transferred to Cerritos location!!!

I went with a friend to look for cars, I'm a young woman so I asked my other female friend to join me. Dealerships are notoriously known for being predominantly male so I was timid going in to buy without a male present. The orginal sales person showing me the car was fine, no problem.
