service dept is just horrible. they prioritize by who's actually paying the most. so my case is i went in for a recall, waited the max wait time they'd given of 4hrs. i went to ask for an update and all they could muster is "the technician is asking for 1 more hr" but i had work. so i asked if they could at least START right now since i've been waiting this whole time or just give it back. lo & behold, i'm driving back without the recall. so just look out for them and really ask yourself "how important am i to them?" you're ... read more
