Usually, great service. Today, not so good. I called yesterday to clear a warning message on my Honda Clarity H2. I asked if I could drive it until I bring it in. Let me check. My sales rep Ahmed Omar was very helpful in fixing a TPMS issue and was friendly and helpful throughout the sale. He also went above and beyond by coming in on his off day twice so I could trade in my car and pick up the new vehicle. I look forward to working with him in the future!
The finance department are lying pieces of trash. Especially Paul Flores. He told me my car was gonna be $509 a month and when the bill comes its $561. Total was supposed to be $509/month including taxes. He added taxes again which brought it up to $561/month. He is lying/cheating garbage. Never work with him. When called out about it, he just shut up and redid my contract to what it was originally supposed to be. Never said another work cause he knew he messed up and got caught.
Im very happy with my new car and i just wanted to give a big thanks to Alexis Gomez, hes the only reason we got the car because he was very kind, patient, super nice, and professional, we had come here previously a couple times and the older guys with experience are very rude they feel entitled and make you feel like they're better than you. Alexis should trained them to be humble like him 🫶🏻.. in the other hand one of the best dealers.
