Excellent service. Very professional, helpful and friendly.
I saw Mohammed on 16July regarding my back and knee pain which impeds my mobility. He explained why the current way I stand and walk causes me pain and showed me how to rectify the this. He gave me some simple exercises and tips to strengthen my back and knees and I was able to check I could do these correctly. He has since sent me some additional exercises which I have just started to do. Having had a negative experience with another physio, I found Mohammed's professional and positive approach refreshing and motivating.
I saw Mohammad Ahmed at kirklry mill today and I'm glad I saw him I actually felt listened to and and he made sure I understood everything before moving on to the next bit of the appointment. I'm glad I had to reschulde my appointment now. Thank you
