Not the greatest experience, tried to sort restbit care for two weeks for my Nan ( who has dementia ) stated this on the phone, didn’t seem an issue, said they had availability for this week but would need to meet her beforehand, they said they’d contact my mum regarding setting up a meeting for Monday … she heard nothing until Monday and they wanted to meet her Tuesday ( today ) turned up stinking of cigarettes … didn’t ask many questions about her, said they had an “open door policy” giving that she has dementia this would... read more
