Wow wow wow if I could give this lady 10 stars I would. From the moment I got there Joanna put me at ease as I am a very nervous person. Attended her clinic at fleggburgh on Tuesday morning she booked me in to do my ear this morning 8am at her beautiful home where she works from, she has all the up to date technology. There really are no words to say how highly qualified this lady is on Ear Wax Removal. I would highly recommend her to anyone & will.. Thankyou Joanna it was lovely meeting you, I will see you next year..

Joanne was amazing. I was on holiday with a very painful ear .I rang her and she kindly saw me at the end of her working day. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel instantly comfortable- not to mention she removed all of the blockage and removed the pain so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday. I rang Norfolk ear clinic in desperation after weeks of being very poorly with ear problems, gave me an appointment within 1.5hours! And gave me hope that my gp can do more to resolve/help the situation, so knowledgable, friendly, caring & empathetic.
