Had the pleasure of meeting Rob when he came round to carry out the initial assessment of having our front windows replaced. Explained thoroughly the procedures to fitment of the windows. The two fitters, Mark and Aaron, who fitted the windows were a credit to the company. Very thorough in their work and cleaned up so well you would not have known they had been there. so impressed with the company have already arranged to have more work carried out.
Just had Rob round giving us a quote for a new garage roof for next March 2026, as the company did such a great job on our gutters and fascia boards replacements a few weeks ago. Rob explained what would happen he the did the cost and discount for the garage roof, which we are very pleased with so have paid the deposit. Rob is such a lovely guy. He is informative friendly, and polite, not only that but he adjusted our conservatory doors as they had dropped and it only cost me a cup of coffee for him 😉. Can't praise the comp... read more
I had Rob here today measuring windows . What a pleasure it was to have him here . He helped with my guttering First home improvements installed earlier in the year and never came to repair after numerous calls. Rob fixed it for me. Our initial consultation was with Rob, who spent time helping us to achieve a deal that fitted our requirements. Then Chris the surveyor followed up and took the time to explain in detail what we were to expect and what would happen next. Jason came to fit our extension door and side window. We were happy to welcome Rob back again to help us with a quote to replace 7 windows. Once again, he was painstaking in working out a deal that would fit both our requirements and our pocket. Next came Daniel the surveyor, who meticulously took the measurements. Two brothers, Dean and Julian, came to fit the windows and worked tirelessly to make a good job of each window - in fact, we had to insist they stopped briefly for some refreshment and a hot or cold drink, as needed - they were very diligent.
