Went to the unit for eye operation and when we got there we were told it was cancelled and that they had forgot to inform us. Not good enough considering I had to book two days off work and pay for taxis there and back.

What a lovely place so relaxing and the staff are so friendly, kind, helpful, informative, they can't do enough to make you happy they are such lovely people. The lady who did my operation was brilliant and again as above. Thank you all so much.
