We needed to have my double flu chimney swept and determine if repairs were needed. Based on good reviews, we contacted Nor’East Chimney and Vent. Justin assessed the chimney and connections to our furnace and pellet stove. He provided photos of what he observed and discussed recommended improvements. He has a courteous and professional manner. We are very impressed with this company. Great communicators, clean, neat and professional. All too rare these days. We appreciated the recommendations made to maintain and extend the life of our chimney! I would highly recommend them to you! A year later, back for the annual clean and inspection. Same story, thorough, detailed and clean. When I consider the importance of maintaining the dryer vent and chimney and what could happen if I did not - I am so glad I chose this company. You have a customer for life!!
We recently had Nor'East Chimney work on repairing, waterproofing, and re-lining our chimney. The work was reasonably priced, they answered all of our questions, and Justin seems to do great work. Highly recommend.
If you need work done to your chimney, look no further. I had a leak due to a flashing issue and had a larger company come out initially for a quote. Low and behold I was told I needed a serious amount of work done in addition to the flashing. The initial experience wasn’t ideal and shelling out thousands after the experience I had didn’t sit right with me.
