You’re right! Early detection is key. So key in fact, that 4 years ago today, I went to NorCal imaging to get an ultrasound. They sent me home with a diagnosis stating that I had an enlargement due to an infection. While in fact I found out a month later that I had final stage testicular cancer. Thanks Dr. Chan. Marvelous job. Maybe you guys can refund me the ultrasound in it’s entirety? You know, since I followed your garbage diagnosis (which I still have) didn’t catch it early enough and had to go through weeks of chemo? M... read more

NorCal is really busy with people coming for many different procedures and they seem to satisfy every one, that's how I see it. Great customer service..

My mom had her Bone Density test. She was assisted on time and the Lady who assisted her was so nice. Front desk ladies are very helpful as well
Terrible. 2 hour wait for 30 second X-ray. Disorganized check in. Totally needs change. Worst experience. I will never go there again and tell my doctors to not refer anyone Needs new management for front end. Check in waiting room full of disgusted people. Horrible
