Recommendedwarm welcome and good service
2.5 stars mostly for the wait times and the front seems disorganized. There should be a sign telling you to sign in and take a seat but everyone just wandered around for a while then asked. I waited about 40 minutes for an x-ray that actually took about 5 minutes. The technician was very nice and efficient.
Noting my nervousness because I had had breast cancer many years ago, the woman who performed the mammogram arranged for the radiologist to read the results immediately. All is well and I am forever grateful for the personal attention.
NorCal bent over backwards to take care of me yesterday. I was a walk in with need of urgent attention and the staff came through and got me the mri I needed. It was late in the day and all worked quickly to make it happen. Thanks NorCal and the front desk attendant who went beyond the call of duty!

A little rough/crowded on the check in even though there were @ least 3 persons checking in-- Most chairs in the waiting room are DIRTY Great tech, smooth test. Thank you NorCal Imaging Oakland
