RecommendedNorCal was easy to locate. parking is readily available. and all the people attending to you care about you.
Although Gwen at the front desk was a charm and extremely helpful and polite, the ultrasound technician was exactly the opposite!!
Was apprehensive because I saw not very complimentary yelp comments. Was impressed with the professionalism and caring concern of all personnel. Arrived early, was quickly processed and was in and out before my appointment time. Outstanding and well done.

My technician was not as forthcoming as I had hoped, being this was my 3rd prenatal ultrasound. Although she tried to have me lay in different positions and fed me sweets to try to help my daughter move into a better place to see her heart, I wish that I was given a better experience each session. Communication preparation is needed.
