This place requires that X-rays are walk-in only while providing a plethora of services that do require appointments. After sitting in the waiting for an hour watching people get called up who walked in after me, I ask about the appointment policy and was told that they have to get through all of the patients with appointments before they can handle walk-ins. I almost given up my MRI procedure due to my panic with the Claustrophobia. Very thankful to the technician whom she was very patiently with me and explained every details to me to calm me down so that I could continue my procedure. She didn’t give me any pressure at all. Besides, all the staffs were very polite and efficiency. Waiting time was unexpectedly short. Highly recommend!

I was told that I "should not be waiting too long. 4 hours later after several inquiries i was seen. was told that I wad next, but not seeing any patients for 90 minutes. 2 days later 3 of 4 promised xrays and reports not sent to doctor. About as professional as a used car lot
I had to return after about 20 people in line sitting in a waiting room. Then I return today and had wait 2 hours for X-RAY tech. There is only one tech who X-rays. Horrible place. Never going back again.

First & foremost nice people work there. The facility though older is clean & pleasant. There’s a peaceful garden area also.
The nurse overlooked my Doctor’s orders and gave me a screening instead of a diagnostics test stating that the diagnostics test was more expensive than the screening(even though I am completely insured). She had canceled my diagnostic test without my consent, when that was the sole purpose of me making the appointment. I felt like I was being rushed out without getting the appropriate care and the nurse was very unprofessional.
